The first step is to make sure we’d be a good fit for each other. Before we hop on a call, I’ll ask for more details about your business and timelines to make sure we are aligned on expectations!

Once I’ve got the green light to go ahead, a proposal and contract will be signed and a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the schedule. At this stage, I’ll also need you to fill out a detailed questionnaire so we can formulate a design strategy specific to you.

This is where you can sit back and relax! I begin the creative work at this stage (this is where everything starts to come together). I’ll design and present the homepage initially, which will be followed by an opportunity for refinement. After refinement to the homepage, we’ll work on designing the remaining pages. I require all feedback within 5 business days to ensure your project stays on track.

Once the design has been approved, we’ll move onto bringing it to life! Once the development is complete, we’ll go through your website with a fine-tooth comb before launch day.

Once all changes have been implemented and approved, I will be sending through the final invoice. When final payment is made, all design assets and source files will be released and sent to you.
